When
should I reserve ?
It is important that you make your reservation
as early as possible. Our products are in high demand, so making
your reservation early insures that you will get the items you
want. We recommend that you make reservation at least three weeks
in advance. Items are reserved on a first come, first served
basis until supply lasts.
When
should I pay ?
Payment of order is due on delivery.
Is
delivery available ?
Delivery fees for the greater Montreal area
are 40$. We also deliver outside of the greater Montreal area,
including (but not limited to) Sherbrooke, Trois-Riviere and Ottawa.

Can
I cancel items ?
It is possible to add or cancel items on your
orders up to 48 hours before delivery.
Do
I need to wash the dishes ?
We take care of washing the dishes once they
are returned to us.
What
happens if items are damaged or lost ?
The customer is responsible for all damaged
or lost items. We charge the replacement price of the damaged or
lost items.
What
are your business hours ?
GMAX Rentals is open from 9:00 to 17:00 on weekdays
and also offers emergency services on evenings and weekends.
Additional delivery charges ?
• Delivery not at ground level: add 25$
• Late night pick-up or delivery (after 10 p.m.): add 100$
• Official holiday pick-up or delivery: add 50$
• With table(s) and/or chair(s): add 30$
• Small tent (less than 1600 sqare feet): add 40$
• Large tent (1600 square feet or more): add 80$
• Less than 200$ orders (before taxes): add 35$
